Ballet-inspired style for a steal

As I’m sure you’ve noticed, I love ballet and ballerina style. So I was super excited when I got an email from Elle magazine with a link to a slideshow of 15 ballet-inspired pieces to wear now. Unfortunately, though, all the pieces are crazy expensive — a few were several thousand dollars. And while most of them were indeed beautiful, I don’t anticipate spending $400 on a headband anytime soon.

So, I decided to make my own list of ballet-inspired pieces that cost $60 or less. Check them out and then get to pirouetting!

Row 1: Sweater ($60), Flats ($25), Flower headband ($5.80)Bodysuit ($17.99)

  1. OMG! My inner ballerina is doing fouettes! I saw that tulle Top Shop skirt in Hong Kong in ballet pink and for much more expensive. I think I’ll just have to add this to my must-buy list!
