If you’ve ever seen a Kate Spade store, you could probably guess that I am 100 percent obsessed with everything they make. So you can imagine my excitement when I saw they were opening a new store at the Pentagon City mall — one Metro stop away from work and only a few away from my house.

And then, because I stalk their sales and signed up for their email list, I got an email about a party they were having to celebrate the opening — with 20 percent off everything.

I mean, seriously? Look how fabulous this stuff is!

They also had cute drinks and mini cupcakes (from Georgetown Cupcakes and Sprinkles), and Meg from Mimi + Meg was there in a fun Kate Spade outfit to meet with blog readers.

I tried on a few things and bought way too much, with help from Allie, who was adorable and had an awesome hair bow to go with her rhinestone Peter Pan-collar dress. And leopard shoes. So freaking cute.

Now I just need to make sure I don’t go in there too often. It’s dangerous!
